We are a family-owned insurance agency that began in 1914 when Fayette Colburn and his son, Harry, opened an office on Main Street in Sac City, Iowa. In 1938 Harry’s son, Duane, joined the business. Now the agency is managed and owned by Duane’s children, Chip Colburn and Tancy Colburn Becker.
We focus on customer satisfaction and providing good value products because we know it is the best way for a business to prosper and grow. We work to be good listeners to learn from our customers’ experiences, and we study to keep current in the insurance industry and business.
We train to maintain our high level of service and to prepare our employees and ourselves to carry on that service in the future.
